What do I get with the 7-day rental of lawn stork?
Storks come with a customized keepsake bundle with the new baby’s name, weight, length and birthdate. Rentals are for 7-days which include delivery, set-up and pick-up. Customized bundles and additionally purchased yard signs remain at the residence upon pick-up of the 6 foot stork.
How do I pay for the stork rental?
All orders are processed through PayPal. Payment is processed once the Stork is ordered. Orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We proudly serve from Plant City to Lakeland to Zephyrhills including Dover, Durant, Thonotosassa, Brandon, Antioch, Mango, Lithia, Seffner, Valrico, Turkey Creek, Sydney, Mulberry and Kathleen. Delivery is included within 15 miles from my home business. Please check the delivery rates here.
When should I place an order?
It is requested that 24 to 48 hours notice be given to ensure ample time for creation, availability, and delivery of the lawn birth announcement. If you know the due date or for scheduled deliveries, orders can be placed well in advance. For last minute orders, please contact us at (813)704-0545 to discuss availability and rush fees.
What if I don’t have a yard? Can you still deliver a stork?
Storks are placed in residential lawns. If the delivery is set for a business, management must provide written approval prior to delivery of the yard stork.
Does someone need to be home for delivery of the yard sign?
The yard sign and sibling/message signs can be delivered without anyone home. When placing an order for a birth announcement, please provide any necessary details for delivery (i.e. gate code, requested location of the stork, etc). We strive to place the stork signage in the best location for pleasing pictures and visibility. If you have a particular location that you would like the stork placed, please mark the spot and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Can I move the stork once it is placed in the yard?
We ask that storks are not moved once placed in the yard due to the potential damage that can occur. We also ask that objects including balloons are not attached to the signs as they can cause unintended permanent damage to the stork announcement signage.
What if I need the stork removed before 7 days?
If a stork or additional sign needs to be removed, please contact Plant City Storks and More at (813) 704-0545, via email at info@plantcitystorksandmore.com. We will make arrangements to remove the stork.
Do you have a refund policy?
A full refund may apply in the following scenarios:
- Cancellation outside of 24 hours of delivery.
- Extreme weather conditions which prevent Plant City Storks and More from delivering the yard signs.
A full refund may not apply in the following scenarios:
- Details for a complete delivery not communicated (i.e.issues entering the gated community, homeowners association prohibits signage)
- The homeowner does not allow the sign to be delivered or early pick up requested
- An animal or other dangerous situation does not allow for the yard sign to be delivered.
- Inaccurate address provided when the order was placed.
- Other extenuating circumstances prevent delivery of the birth announcement.
